How to get help

Our guests may be referred to us by frontline care professionals such as social workers, health visitors and teachers, who identify people in need, but we also welcome guests to turn up and ask for help directly.  We’ll never turn someone away although we do help people access more appropriate places for help if they are, for instance, living outside our local area.

The registration process involves a short interview, where we take some basic details and ask a few questions about a guest’s current situation.  This enables us to identify which other services we can bring in to help.

Please come and see us on a Thursday morning, or get in touch.
